You do not need reservations to walk in an participate in open play during our normal hours of operation. With open play, you can enjoy all available equipment and activities without additional fees. Please note, we will host private parties during specified days and hours. That information will be available on this site and on our Facebook page. Reservations are required for parties.
Activity time in the facility can either be purchased as a 2-hour block, all-day play, or bulk passes. At the time of purchase, wrist bands will be provided to guests. When a 2-hour block is purchased, staff will round the current time up to the nearest 15 minutes, add 2 hours, and write that time on the band. When that time is reached, guests will be asked to exit the play area(s) and either depart the facility or purchase additional time. All day play bands will not have time annotated. Guests may be asked to show their wrist band to staff at any time. Guests may exit and re-enter the facility during that time as long as they keep their band.
Bulk play passes are our way of providing you a best-rate for 2-hour blocks of play. These can be purchased as either a week of play, which is 7 passes, or a month of play, which is 30 passes... but don't let the name fool you! You are not limited to using the bulk play passes in the same week or month! As an example, if you purchase the 30 passes and you have 3 children, you can visit us 10 times throughout the year and cover all 3 children at our lowest rate available (20% off our lowest walk-in rate). You can also gift or transfer the passes to others!
A parent/guardian must be present anytime a minor child under the age of 14 is in the facility. Royal Kids understands there may be brief periods of time where you may not have direct contact or line-of-sight to your child while they are engaging in activities. At no time does Royal Kids, or the staff, assume parental or guardian responsibility for any children under the age of 18.
Parents/guardians are welcome to accompany their minor children at any time in the facility, but are expected to adhere to staff directions and exercise good judgement while using facility equipment. Much, but not all, of the equipment is designed for children. Royal Kids may hold adults liable for intentional or accidental damage to facility equipment if improperly utilized.
Only the first parent/guardian will be charged a small fee when accompanying a minor; additional parents/guardians are not charged. This fee is intended to balance their contribution to occupancy limits and additional wear/tear on equipment without applying additional cost on a per-child basis.
No, we do not charge for infants under 1 year old or who are not crawling.
While participating in activities, no shoes will be allowed and grip socks (with rubber or silicone pads on the bottom) must be worn by children to prevent injury. You are welcome to bring your own, but if you do not have them grip socks will be available for a small fee. Adults may wear socks either with or without grip, at their own comfort for level of safety. As a children's playcenter, Royal Kids respectfully asks all guests to refrain from wearing obscene or explicit clothing.
Yes, a waiver is required before participating in activities. Each waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian aged 18 or over, and each waiver can include up to four minor children. If a guest refuses to sign a waiver, or is found to intentionally provide false information, they will not be permitted to participate in activities.
Outside drinks are welcome so long as they are in containers that can be closed/sealed to prevent spills, but cannot be brought into the play areas. Outside food is not allowed for general play. Outside food and drink is allowed in designated areas for parties and private bookings. Alcohol is not allowed at any time.
Yes, we offer four different party packages depending on the number of kids attending and whether you'd prefer private play time. Parties can be booked on this site, by email, by phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit is required. If a party package does not meet your needs, please don't hesitate to email, call, or visit in person so we can assist you better.

Yes, our entire facility may be booked for a private event by either purchasing Party Pack #3 or #4. The facility will be closed to the public during your time.
Yes, we have two restrooms. Both restrooms have a changing table, are ADA compliant, and can lock from the inside while occupied. We also have a separate mother's room which can be used for privately feeding or pumping.
